Midmar HR provides senior level HR services and advice, primarily to the SME sector. Working in a flexible manner, we take the time to talk to you about your business, its aspirations, ambitions and challenges in order to develop a plan which will help you deliver. We are approachable, pragmatic and outcome focused, recognising that every business needs a solution which is tailored to its individual context.

Established by Ga yle Templeton in 2015, following a 20-year Corporate career spanning Manufacturing, Financial Services and Media Sectors, Midmar HR offers the benefits of deep expertise, commercial understanding with a practical and outcome focused approach.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership can be a lonely role. We provide one-to-one Coaching for Leaders who wish to explore opportunities to improve performance, leadership style or effectiveness, increase self-awareness or deal with specific organisational issues. To get the most from a Coaching relationship, we suggest committing to a number of sessions to let the Coach and you get to know one another, increasing the chance of a productive relationship.

Career Transition Coaching

With ever lengthening careers, the importance of being happy and fulfilled with what you do, and where you do it, is becoming increasingly important. Career coaching can help you identify what is important to you, your purpose, your key skills and attributes, and the transferability of those skills. Career transition coaching allows you the opportunity to work through this in a confidential manner so you can get clear on your short, medium and long term goals.

Organisation design and restructuring

Do you feel that the structure of your business or part of it, is not fit for the current business environment? Do you have the wrong roles in place to drive your business forward or do you need to recruit more people or reduce headcount? If any of these situations apply, we can support and guide you make the right organisation design and provide support and guidance for the complete process, including implementing a new or revised structure, designing and recruiting for new roles as well as managing any exits.

If your HR leader or HR team need some additional resource or perhaps some mentoring to help them grow as your business does, adapt to new situations or challenges, we can provide this. We have deep experience, built up through corporate and consulting careers of working collaboratively with existing HR teams, supplementing their resource and/or helping them to grow professionally in a supportive and non-threatening way.

Employee Relations: Policy, Advisory and Investigations

We provide guidance and advice to ensure your policies and procedures are compliant and fit for purpose. We can do this for your overall suite of policies or individually. There may be times when it makes sense to have an independent person investigate or look into a work-related issue, whether this be a disciplinary issue or an interpersonal relationship issue. We can provide these services to you , ensuring you have an objective and compliant outcome.
